Blue Square Return & Exchange Policy

All returns must meet the return policy specifications in order to apply.

  • All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number may be obtained by contacting customer service at Blue Square.

  • Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, at the discretion of the manufacturer.

  • Any product that is brand-new and unopened, in retail packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus the cost of shipment. 

Non-Returnable Products

  • Software or Digital Media

  • Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial number, manufacturer part number, or warranty label

  • Any product with removed UPC on packaging

  • Any product with visible physical damage

  • Any product that appears customized, altered, or tampered with

  • Any product that has been installed and used in an installed environment, unless the item is defective

  • Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including but not limited to the retail box, cables and manuals 

Manufacturer Warranty

The manufacturer will attempt to troubleshoot your product over the phone. If the manufacturer is unable to resolve the problem, please contact us to file a defective item claim. To obtain a copy of the warranty, please contact us or the product manufacturer.

Damaged or Defective Items

Upon delivery, carefully inspect the outer packaging for visible damage, while the carrier is still present. If any damage is found, please refuse the item at the time of delivery and let us know immediately that the delivery was unsuccessful. If the item is accepted, please retain the item and all the original packaging. Notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick-up of the damaged goods. Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Failure to notify us in that timeframe will result in the claim being void, and the purchase will be treated as a regular return, subject to manufacturer restrictions. After delivery, if your display is not functioning, please contact the manufacturer, as we are unable to accept returns for displays 32 inches or larger.

Software and Digital Media

Any software license package that was opened is not returnable, no exceptions. Unopened software, is not returnable after 7 days of product receipt. Return shipping charges for software are the responsibility of the customer.

Getting an RMA Number

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting Blue Square customer service, found on the Contact Us page. An RMA number is required in order to process a return, or the returned items will be refused. When obtaining an RMA number, our customer service representative will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment. To expedite the process, please have the following information ready: 

  • Customer name/Business name

  • Contact information

  • Order number

  • Manufacturer item number

  • Serial number

  • Reason for return

Please note, Blue Square does not cover return shipping costs or original shipping costs for regular returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Blue Square will refund original shipping charges and provide pre-paid shipping labels for the following instances:

  • Item is defective

  • Item was delivered in damaged condition

  • Wrong item was delivered

We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.

Restocking Fee

Returns may be subject to restocking fees, at the discretion of the product manufacturer. Blue Square will charge a restocking fee of 20% (when warranted) on returned items. Bundled products require a 30% restocking fee

Refund Method

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon. In some cases, a store credit will be provided. Store credit will be in the form of a coupon code for the value of the refund amount.

Refunds Timeline

All returns are subject to inspection protocols. It can take up to 14 business days for returned items to be approved for refund. Once a return is approved the refund transaction will be processed within 1 week.

Exchanges

Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to exchange items. If you wish, you may purchase the item in question and process a return for the item you do not want.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock, your order will be canceled and a full refund issued. 

International Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for international orders.
